“…fearless and off-kilter from the start… a riotously silly and endlessly creative night out.”
All of Them, Dead [in research & development]Harry and Corey meet in an abandoned burger shop during the apocalypse. As they fall in love, the country falls apart. All Of Them, Dead is a play about being young and gay in the middle of nowhere. It’s about the things that go unsaid, it’s about two boys holding hands, it’s about clinging together as the world changes around you. And it’s about meat falling from the sky (no, really).Perfect for fans of Heartstopper and The Day Of The Triffids, All Of Them, Dead is a sharp, funny and touching queer love story for the end of the world.Selected for Oxford Playhouse's Queer Fest 2024 Scratch Night under its original title 'Wisbech Meat ShowerPart of the Queer Fest 2025 line-up

Inspiration
Step Into the World of All of Them, Dead
A deadly brain virus is spreading fast, and it all started with infected meat. The government swears it’s safe if you "wash it, cook it, enjoy it," but no one’s buying it. People are getting sick, losing control of their bodies, and dying. Society is falling apart, food is running out, and trust in anyone with power is gone. Now, the country’s a mess. Cities are empty, the government is barely holding on, and survival is all that matters.Rural communities, like the isolated fenlands, have become eerie wastelands where the virus lingers unseen, a silent countdown in the bodies of those who consumed infected meat. Some fight to hold onto normalcy, while others accept the inevitable: society is broken, and soon, all of them might be dead.
